Seaweed (Nori) salad

I've been craving sushi these past two weeks but haven't had the chance to go to Yakimono's yet (my favorite sushi restaurant), so tonight I decided to make myself a salad. I wanted a seaweed salad, but I don't know where to find some, so I winged it. Here's what you'll need:
(serves 6)

Salad:
8 crabsticks sliced or diced
3 kosher Nori sheets folded and sliced up into thin strips (cut in chiffonade style)
1 cup wakame seaweed (optional / if you can find any)
4 cups thinly sliced romaine or mescaline mix
8 slices of smoked salmon sliced into thin strips (also chiffonade style)
1 cup panko crumbs

dressing:
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 wasabi powder
1/2 cup Wafu dressing

Mix all the salad ingredients except the panko, then toss with dressing and add in panko before serving.

Enjoy!
